Our Story

As friends and family members immigrated abroad, requests came our way to sell properties on their behalf.

Displeasure arose when developers failed to deliver apartments on time, effectively tying up significant portions of their hard-earned savings.

Being overseas, legal action or participation in ongoing class-action lawsuits against developers here remained out of reach.

Additionally, friends and family encountered difficulties in rectifying government records related to ancestral properties and attempting remote property sales.

Every situation is unique, for which we provide in-depth study and attention to detail.

Meet the Team

Dhananjay Bansal

Dhananjay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Cornell University, New York. He was a Hunter Rawlings III Research Scholar and was awarded the Cornell University Beck Entrepreneurship grant. He completed his high school from The Doon School, Dehradun.

Team

The team is comprised of former government officials and real estate industry professionals with extensive experience. The team earlier worked together at Indiabulls Real Estate, where they were responsible for execution of 30 real estate projects across 16 cities in India with a total saleable area of 33 million square feet.

Our Current Portfolio

Our current portfolio consists of 8 million square feet under management. We currently manage 150 acres of land, with 120 acres of farm land and 35 acres for housing projects.

We are a privately-owned, zero-debt company, here for the long run.
