Our Story
As friends and family members immigrated abroad, they would ask us how to buy or sell their properties in India, especially for land.
They faced problems with updating various details and complying with paperwork while trying to buy or sell properties remotely.
Our advice to landowners has always been: To maximise the value that you can get out of your land, is to develop it.

Meet the Team
Dhananjay Bansal
Dhananjay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Cornell University, New York. He was a Hunter Rawlings III Research Scholar and was awarded the Cornell University Beck Entrepreneurship grant. He completed his high school from The Doon School, Dehradun.
Team
The team is comprised of former government officials and real estate industry professionals with extensive experience. The team earlier worked together at Indiabulls Real Estate, where they were responsible for execution of 30 real estate projects across 16 cities in India with a total saleable area of 33 million square feet.
